[Packet Loss] Unplayable. Can GGG please contact ISP Vodafone UK?

Thank you very much in advance to GGG Support using their 3rd party ISP contacts to get this resolved (for everybody using the ISP in the UK atm).

Wanted to play POE1 Event Legacy of Phrecia, but having 50-70% packet loss. It is an unplayable situation.

Tested Gateways:
- London
- Milan
- Canada East (Toronto)
- Washington, Paris, Frankfurt

Issue is 2nd hop:

Will post link to Vodafone Support Forum when I opened it.

Some Googling tells me it is not the first time with them (but I had so far, since 2020, no such issues with them), and that buying a VPN will resolve the issue. Problem is that I am not paying £45 for Internet to also pay £10 for a VPN to have a routing without packet loss.

GGG can't really do anything about it, YOU have more influence with vodaphone than they do as you are the customer.
