Issue Upgrading Supporter Pack – Assistance Required

Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue regarding the upgrade of my supporter pack. My player tag is TedKuo#8226. I currently own the Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack and would like to upgrade to the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack. However, whenever I attempt the upgrade, I encounter persistent payment errors. Specifically: VISA Card: I receive the message, “Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account. Please try again.” PayPal: I receive the message, “You have not been charged. Try again with another payment method or contact customer support if the problem persists. Error: 1092.” It is worth noting that I am able to purchase shop coins without any issues, but the upgrade process for the supporter pack remains unsuccessful. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter so that I can complete my upgrade. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end.
