CPU utilization 100%

Hi Exiles,

Since the last league Phrecia I have had a problem with CPU usage which reaches 100% and makes my PC completely laggy and sometimes crash my game and eventually my PC (2 times in 3 days).
My discord disconnects and reconnects randomly, produces a black screen, freezes my friends' stream.
I have issues with my in-game sound that does weird things and crackles.
I benchmarked my CPU with cinebench and it returned 17,000 pts (which is the norm compared to other's tests)
When I play other games i'm not having this issue and all my PC run perfectly.
(Red dead 2, No man's sky, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, etc)

CPU : AMD Ryzen™ 5 9600X
GPU : EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 GAMING
Motherboard : ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING
RAM : CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 32Go 6000MHz CL30
