Character Rename ... contacting server...

Help. I can't get into the game. I renamed my character and now the game is stuck. I even restarted my xbox and when I go into the game it's on the same screen.

EDIT: When I got back home from work this was resolved. Lesson learned: If I'm going to rename a toon, do it when I'm on my way out for a while.
