Cosmetics and mystery box are missing

Hello. Please help me. I am playing PoE1 in PS5 and i upgraded today my supporter pack from King of Faridun to Thaumaturge. I got the Thaumaturge cosmetics but wondering why my other cosmetics are gone. Then i bought an upgrade stash and a shield charge skill effect to get the event free mystery box but i did not got the mystery box. I checked my PoE2 account and all of my cosmetics are there even the mystery box but it's not applicable in there now and cannot open it yet. Please help me, i want all my cosmetics back in PoE1 and also my mystery box... Thanks in advance.
