A bit frustrated

Don't misunderstand me, love the game I have to character one lvl 78 ice sorceress ,with whom I felt really underpowered and a lvl 82 monk stormwave nuke.
But that saying I am at lvl 15 waystone,I one-shot almost everything but I get ones hotted from almost everything and I have my resistances capped and I dunno how to solve that. The frustration come from that I don't have lvl 15 waystone anymore. And if I try to buy it ,no one answers to the whisper. Does some expert here would like to help me? Thank you!
