Playing on an alternate account

Hi,

Will I be able to play the game on this account without receiving any IP bans or further locks since my main account which is linked with steam is currently locked? I'm worried that I will catch another account lock or even an IP ban.

According to posts made by other support members and maybe even yourself, I cannot do this without moving my position the queue to the very back which I do not want to do. I am not asking for help with my lock in this post, I am asking if I can play the game without incurring further penalties on an alternate account which is not locked?
