Entire spark build is not working now

Blink doesn’t work. Says it’s on but won’t proc.
My DPS on spark has dropped to 5k…
I have top tier gear and build.
This happened a couple hours ago after I signed off.
I spent weeks building this character idk what is happening but I hope it’s fixed.
It’s not even playable for me.
