Waiting over 2 months for a refund...

My game won't run without crashing when going back to town, and I've been waiting for a refund since December 15. (Yes i've tried running the game since then, no luck)

I wish to relinquish my so called "support" for something I can't even enjoy.

What the hell is taking so long?!
