i stopped playing this game.

ggg didn't refund early access, i contacted the support right after i bought it.
it took a month to get a reply. and it took more time to get an answer 'we are gonna refund.' and they didn't refund yet. it's been over 2 months. that's all, they stopped responding completely. there's no more replies, answers, anything at all. do people in the support department work, or what are they doing?
so i started the early access anyway, after over 2 months, unlike my plan. my plan was, playing this game on playstation, or xbox. i requested refund because it is not a crossplatform game, if i want to play on playstation, or xbox, i have to buy it on ps or xbox, so it is not a crossplatform. also stash tabs become 'remove only' on other platforms. is this really a crossplatform? ggg needs to stop saying it is a crossplatform, ggg lied.
and... i tried to upgrade the supporter pack from the early access, and it didn't work, it only allows to buy. i already have one early access, why do i have to buy 1 more key? i believe people made mistakes and they just bought more early access keys, they tried to upgrade, but they bought the pack. because some upgrade buttons are linked to 'buy the pack'. so if players who don't read, check, see info, they didn't get the upgrade, they paid more and they received the pack. and they contact the support, it takes weeks or months to get a reply, and the support will promise the refund, but ggg will not refund. people wait, ggg stops responding, there's no replies, no answers. this is how ggg lies and takes money from customers.
and the game play is... 1 hit or 0 hit sudden death, losing exp, have to play more time to get exp, very upset. does ggg think players have infinite time to play this game? is this a game or a labor?
and poe2 has at least one problem, the invincible zalmarath.
i cannot stop saying 'customer fking ggg'.

This game is whats known as a "rug pull".

They promised something that turned out to be untrue and now they have everyones money and have disappeared.

They just have monthly "bug fixes" that dont actually change anything. Its a racket.

but there are people who move posts. actually there are people reading posts in ggg. i posted it on general discussion, but that ggg employee moved this post into here, early access feedback.
so, there are people listening, reading in ggg, but that's all, they just listen and read, and they don't respond.
i believe it is illegal.
and the company was sold to tencent, chinese.
i get it, this is how new zealanders do things. scammers. or does ggg dishonor new zealand?
fk ggg, how about also selling new zealand to china?
They have never answered, i'm sad to say, this is typical GGG experience. People have waited YEARS for T-shirts.


Don't expect GGG to listen to anybody in general, especially right now.


In pointing it out bluntly perhaps they will start engaging, listening, responding... but I doubt it.
