I... didn't understood anything about this feedback/complaint.

attempted translation:

when you ctrl-click on doryani, it only identifies the items. If you don't have any items to identify, it'll open his dialogue box.

If you alt-click on him, it opens his buy/sell tab.

This works the same for most NPCs.

ctrl-click opens their primary task, and alt-click opens their alternate tasks.

I use Ketzuli quite often, ctrl-click for disenchanting, alt-click for selling.
