POE2 not in my acc anymore?

I was trying to get in Poe2 i got the game via code in 2024 december played a bit and called it a day i had not played in a long time and wanted to play a bit more so i download the game again and when i was about to play it said i had not bought the game so i checked my poe 2 acc and its not there anymore what do i do i have proof i got the game and its in my steam but cant get in it only main menu
