Can't access game anymore for almost a month now.

My Issue:
I wanted my steam account linked to another account.

Currently linked to SpongieDan#4472 - (This is an old account) I can't remember my email address and I no longer use this user name.

Need linked to SpongiePeanut#2761 -

I've been speaking with support via email to try to get my issue sorted since 07/12/2025.

Support eventually unlinked my steam and let me link it to SpongiePeanut#2761 however after doing so, I no longer am able to play the game. Whenever I start the game it tells me to purchase it.

What do I do..

I've been waiting for a response from support for over 20 days now.

Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.

If you haven't already, could you please contact us via email to look into this further for you? I'm afraid this isn't something we are able to look into over the forums.

I want to play PoE2. The length of time for a response is getting ridiculous." the last email I received is from 03/02/25.

I still haven't received a response and I still can't play my game.

I appreciate that but as I said, it's been 20 days and counting and I can't play the game I purchased.

Join the club, I've been waiting for a response since 27th December. I'm pretty sure the game will be out of early access before they ever get round to replying.
Still no email response... Still can't play the game I purchased...
Am I ever going to get a reply to the email to support? It's been a full month now without any contact. I havent been able to play the game for almost 2 months.
