I can`t play. FIX WIN11 24H2

I can't play, the game is closing and locking the entire PC. There are times when I need to restart the PC to be able to use Windows because of POE!

Fix this problem related to Windows 11 24h2!

Just had a crash while loading into town, and another while loading into the first zone of Act 9. I'd say my computer is pretty high end with a 4090 and a Ryzen 7 - 7800X3D, but I frequently get small stutters when loading into town and videos/stream on second monitor stutter for a second and audio cuts off, but occasionally the whole PC freezes up and goes snail-pace slow with only a restart being the fix I found so far.

This also only happens in PoE, i tried Steam and standalone.

I also tried different Engines, DX11/12 and Vulcan. And changed Network to predictive.

On Windows 11 Pro, 10.0.26100, Build 26100.
