Megalomaniac Diamond 100% bug issue

a support gem abush that is very similar works on my character. 100 crit chance at full life and I can see this data when opening skills tab.

my megalomaniac has a similar function with pre-emptive strike passive with crit damage bonus at full life. this passive is not functioning when I apply the gem to a passive tree socket. my same gem has perfect opportunity passive that does work and can be viewed in the data.
