Ping (Network) Problem

Hello dear GGG team.

I am having a problem with the Path of Exile 1 game. As you can see in the photo I sent, my ping rate goes up to 9000-15000. My internet speed is 1000 mbs and my system is very powerful. There is no problem in Poe 2, but in Poe 1, my gaming experience is disrupted by ping. No matter which server I try, the ping problem is not solved. Can you help?
