Coins troubles with sub account

Good day! 14.01.2025 I made a purchase of 250 coins on the account .However, they are transferred not to the main account on which I have a game POE2, and on the sub-account, which was created after the linking Steam. Help me to transfer coins from the Steam account to my main account where the game POE2 is located.
Support has not responded since January !!! Last bumped on Feb 23, 2025, 8:55:03 AM
