Ping spikes after entering "The Vaal City"

I just wanted to ask what is going on. I was leveling in peace my char in the event until I entered The Vaal City in act seven.
Before that I had no issues and had around 30ish ping all the time. The moment I went inside of that zone my ping skyrocketed to eight hundred and when I tried to push forward hoping it will stabilize it got into thousands. I tried all the europian servers and the result is the same.

If I leave the zone back to Causeway everything is fine and when I TP back Bridge encampment from there it is fine. If I tp into the Bridge encampment from Vaal City location, it also has this ridiculous ping.

Well it seems I have played as much of the as I could since the Vaal city is unbelievably lagging for me two days in a row on all euro servers without as much as an response.

Sad I was having fun, but it is impossible to play with 800+ pings.
