Support Email Response Times

Hi

I was wondering if any support members could comment on how big the queue of emails being worked through is or if there is any ETA on response times? Mainly because my issue is inhibiting me from playing the game at all so it would be helpful to know if I will be able to play at all considering the Legacy of Phrecia event is only scheduled to run for a month. Don't want to bother support anymore than they are already dealing with so an ETA would be helpful if possible!

Appreciate any response that could give some insight.

I understand this and that it will be resolved at a point, but would there be any rough estimate as to how long it may take to resolve account-related issues or any sort of announcement in the works to address this? Its quite frustrating since my issue seems to require being resolved through support else I just cant play the game meaning I miss an entire limited time event.
