Account locked

I was playing normally before January 24 and when I tried to log in back on January 28 my account was locked and asked me to contact support ... I was not aware of the new 4-digit discriminator since that was added recently. Still, I was able to find out where were those numbers, I replied with some explanations on the chars names and all but since then I had no reply further my case, is almost a month now and I can't play poe1 or poe2 ...
