Ps5 version freezing and disconnecting

As the title says I'm trying to play the phrecia event on the ps5 version of the game and I keep freezing for a couple if minutes before finally disconnecting. I have tried both a wired and wireless connection and am still getting the same issue. Have redownloaded the ps4 version of the game and I am not having any of the issues previously mentioned any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same issue and it's infuriating! I have lost almost all of my sulphite because the game freezes and crashes every time I go down into the mines in Act 4.
