keep getting muted for no reson

hi i keep getting muted for no reason why???? it makes it really hard to play with others if i cant tell them where and what i need to do. i know that i have not used any bad word but out of the blue i am muted plz explain this to me. i did not pay to just gt muted when ever the system fells like it

Could you check if "Cross-Platform Play" is enabled within the in-game settings under the “Online” menu? Flipping the toggle to green allows players from other platforms to be synced to the same server. If you continue to have issues, feel free to email us at support@grindinggear.com | |
