life orb wont fill all way up, it was at half when I logged on and won't fill up at well.

I logged on today for the first time since the last update and my life orb is only at half full. I tried refilling at the well but it only fills my mana and the life orb stays half full. I played with it like that but I hate it like that. I don't have on any gear, charms etc. that would cause it so I was wondering is it some new bug? and if so how soon will it be fixed?

This is for POE2 and I just figured it out, I had just added my last 2 ascendancy points and apparently Beidats Will is the cause, Thank you for your reply.
