My mana shows the same with and without, doing something wrong, a bug?

Tried 2 other slots and gives 99 and 97 mana only

Not sure what u expect from this. Add it to the socket where your Drenched and branching bolts are located instead, if you're looking for more mana. It's nothing you'll get thousands of mana or res from. It's + 1% and +1%, nothing more to it.
