Account Locked for 2 months with Zero Reply from Support
I contacted GGG Support mid December 2024 as I saw that a different email was on my forum account here on the website. As I had recently spent $100 on POE2 and was planning on playing the game quite a bit, I wanted them to assist in switching over the email to the correct email.
I guess at some point someone hacked my stuff and swapped emails. No big deal I thought, this is a simple fix. HOW COMPLETELY STUPID WAS I. Rather than simply change the registered email, Shaun at GGG support decided to unilaterally LOCK MY ACCOUNT. I responded same day on December 27th stating that this was NOT what I wanted, and gave him all the information needed. Zero reply. I've periodically emailed their support email since December 27th. It's now almost the end of FEB and I still have yet to receive ONE REPLY FROM ANYONE AT YOUR TEAM. I have never in my life experienced support so utterly inept and terrible. How you've managed to turn a fan of your game into someone that detests your company, is quite an amazing feat. I gave you $100 and have been locked out of my account longer than I have been able to play, with absolutely zero recourse possible. It doesn't take much googling to find that you've done this to tons of other people who are still waiting for some kind of resolution. Seriously, wtf are you all doing? You managed to change my forum name from "GGGsupportisterrible" to a random assortment of numbers INSTANTLY, yet I can't get a reply from one of you potatoes for over two months.
