2 Months no reply from support

Having an issue with upgrading my support pack on steam.
2 Months and not a single reply on the email. Missed stash sales because of this :) And please I dont want one of the auto bot support here to tell me "We are handling large number of requests" BECAUSE I AM ONE OF THESE REQUESTS FOR 2 BLOODY MONTHS Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 7:03:09 PM

I'm the same situation as you with zero recourse. I'm beyond pissed off at this point and have contemplated charge back. That said, I just want to play the fkin game and I can't even get that.
