Account locked for 2 months and no response

Just leave it here, I sent to total of 3 emails which only 1st one got replied 2 months back, the other 2 I don't even bother to send rep and they don't even response.
I paid for packs from my old and my new account, this is just nuts

You said that 2 months ago, ok it's slow but this slow?
Maybe my purchase was not much compared to others so it's not a priority?
Love the game since POE1 and has been a paid user for a long time, this stops me from buying more packs in my new acc, knowing it might get locked for god knows what reason and will not get a reply.

They're just leaving the same boilerplate responses on all threads of this kind. It's pathetic.

People have been locked out for 2+ months and they can't seem to manage the most basic of customer support. Their team is filled with donkeys.

Too many people are encountering this issue, but it remains unresolved.
Don't worry, I accidentally bought the 400€ supporter pack and haven't gotten a response yet either (also 2 months).I'll probably include my money via paypal soon and sh** on my account (and ggg :) ).

They can take the p*ss out of the others, but I don't need it :)

I have spent over 800USD, no reply for almost 2months now. They don't care their customer, once they got the money. Simple as that.
