Mods increased rarity of items dropped by Legion Sergeants in your maps.

Hi! I stacked this mod to 1300%, applied reward conversion using a Tradition Scarab, and the result was, to put it mildly, terrible. Can you tell me if everything is working correctly? Does this mod apply to sergeants?

My conclusion after trying this mod is that it's not working properly, or that increased IIR doesn't matter on legion sergeants for some reason.
