Game freezeing at the beggining

The game is freezing randomly at the beggining. Its impossible to play, always crash

Computer specs: i7-13700HX, RTX4050 Laptop, 32GB.
Game Settings: default specs and minimum specs.

for future reference the crash only occurs in directx11. I tested it on vulkan and directx12 and it stopped crashing
