3rd door and 2nd recipe in caverns during campaign

During my leveling when looking for the way forward I randomly discovered an additional recipe and an additional door. I thought to myself that was weird and cleared the zone. I found the way forward but no way to get to the other door or the recipe
I've already collected the recipe that's normally at the waypoint so it's not that.
In my nearly 4k hours I've never seen this before so I don't know how to recreate the terrain bug

There is a secret switch that opens a passage to the recipe somewhere in there. Look for an area that is in ruins with two pedestals. If you still cant find it I can help. Just message me in-game and we can go get it for you.
