Item filters not working on ps5.

I can't figure out how to use the item filters I have followed on the POE website. I have linked my ps5 account with my POE account. I have tried playing another game immediately after following the filters in order to reset the POE2 cache. I have constantly followed and unfollowed the filters. None of the filters have appeared in the drop down filter menu under the in game options tab after my attempts to download filters . The only solution I haven't tried is buying the client for PC to see if the filters will start functioning and hopefully they will carry over to my ps5 version. Are there any other solutions I haven't tried. The lack of filters is really killing my gaming experience especially in the late game. Thank you.
