High Ping/Failed to Connect to Instance SG/JP Server from PH
Hi Team,
I've been experiencing high ping when trying to connect to SG/JP Server, would like to ask what the issue is, is it on my side, your side or the ISP? I assume the reply will on the ISP side, in this case what would I say to the ISP? How would I explain the issue and what would it take for them to resolve it. Thank you in advance.
