No Lesser Multiple Projectile Support gem after Act 3 - A Fixture of Fate Siosa

Based on https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Lesser_Multiple_Projectiles_Support, we get the gem after Act 3 - A Fixture of Fate Siosa for all class.
But after checked the quest URL https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/A_Fixture_of_Fate, I cannot find it in any class. Other than Act 3, we can get it from Lilly Roth - Act 6. How can Greater Multiple Projectiles Support gem rewarded earlier (Act 4), but Lesser Multiple Projectile Support gem after Act 6? Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 6:59:05 PM

First off, that wiki is far out of date. This wiki is actually maintained.
Secondly--yes, you can buy Lesser Multiple Projectiles Support from Siosa. He sells level 1 copies of any gem that can be found before Act 4. Separate, there are a set of support gems that completing "Fixture of Fate" allows you to purchase. Some info on the page you linked that isn't out of date is that Lesser Multiple Projectiles Support is made available after the Act 1 quest "The Caged Brute". The support gem is available from Act 1. |
