3 months and support never replied
Hi,
I have sent support tickets BEFORE the early access release and I've just been completely ignored. I purchased the PC and Xbox Early Access and I can't even use the Xbox version because the website won't let me link the accounts because they're both linked to an email address. After a month and a half I got an email asking for character names etc.. (all this information was already in my original email) and I never heard back. I guess I just wasted 30€. I love the game but this is frustrating. It's been 3 months and my accounts still not merged. Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 7:00:46 AM
