The warrior is the most fun class to play for me
Im a more casual player , due to time constraints, but i got one warrior titan till level 4 maps. I have read a alot of opinion warrior is so bad, so out of curiosity i also tried the ranger and the sorceress, which both i got till advanced campaign. And i found out i dont enjoy nearly enjoy half as much playing as them compared to the warrior. With the warrior i got to react to wahts happening, leap towards ranged dangerous enemies, boneshatter those primed for stunning, close to hit but disengage when the enemey dps gets to high, its second to second gameplay is just engaging and fun.
With both sorceress and ranger, i feel like there is a series of action i do in each fight, regardless of waht the situation is on the screen. It just feels slightly boring to me. And please, lets not confuse power with fun gameplay. They are 2 different things.Clearing the screen with 2-3 clicks isnt fun for me. Last bumped on Feb 22, 2025, 4:09:42 PM

Totally.
Fun to you may not be ideal for another. Warrior was also the first classs i told for POE2...it made me learn the game fast because there was no choice. The beginning was tough. Suckimaz was demoralizing. Looking for to the introduction of the other classes! Did u follow a build guide as reference? While the snow remains,
veiled in the haze of evening, a cold leafless branch. Flowers are only flowers because they fall, but thankfully the Wind. |

For my first major play through with Monk I ended up being kind of jealous that Warrior has more of a work rate involvement...
The game just seems too easy when most classes bar Warrior when they reach certain item/skill levels. I don't know when I'm going to return to the game but I can't say my experience was too much better from just mincing around on D4 bar the mob quality and style being far less insulting. |

" Sure it may be a peronsal preferenc,e but i feel that combat should involve decision based on whats hapening, and should differ from one skirmish to another. No, just my own build. My friend watched some videos and told me once about giants blood perk, Imight not have seen it otherwise... Im very much waiting for the Shadow class, fast assasin types are usuually my preffered classes in games... Last edited by FireStorm1010#8675 on Feb 22, 2025, 9:42:07 AM

" I got that feeling too, tough i cant say for sure since i havent reached the endgame with Ranger/Sorceress yet. But for me, they should aim to make all classes feel more like warrior, instead the other way around, i hope they go that way. Last edited by FireStorm1010#8675 on Feb 22, 2025, 9:42:30 AM

" +1 Every class should play at the pace of warrior. Ranged classes should do less damage since they have the benefit of being ranged and being able to move while attacking, they should be less defensive by default. Ranged AoE damage should be reduce across the board. The Attack speed cieling/scaling should be reduced across the board, and enemy movement speed should be reduced and their defenses and health increased. |

" I hope they do a drastic change like this but I can't help but think their development squad just don't know any better. This game is quite bizarre, they made a good build up pace with the Campaign, made the Trials and honor system so you're forced to think and play steady and yet End Game playstyle is a constant hot knife through butter with little thought. If they nerf damage/atk spd improvements by a huge chunk and give a lot more love and care to crafting and diversifying stats (ie Physical damage % super high on weapon is one of the only stats to matter...) AND actually rework Charms into something actually meaningful + have monsters engage with that system better then I can see this game as actual peak entertainment.
