People have extremely long load times into my hideout

I have changed my hideout twice and have logged multiple times, however when people join to trade they have really long load times, often up to 2 minutes.

I have used the new dreadnaught hideout and then tried changing to Beacon of Salvation. I haven't added any additional items or props to the hideout, just moved some things around for crafting/dumping optimization.
