POE 2 Upcoming Race Questions

Hello everyone. I can't find this anywhere, but does anyone know if the upcoming race for poe 2 allows for 'pass over' items and gold from your other ssf characters? Or is it completely emptied no pass overs, starting from scratch, no item in chest and no gold?

Also I can't find the doryani kill join button as shown in the picture of the announcement of this race, is it not available to everyone atm? Or is it just me?
