The problem with current ggg support and security issue

I have played this game more than 10 years and throughout those years my experience with ggg support has always been pleasant. But recently after the launching of poe2 the support quality have been on a directly downward dive. My supports ticket recently have all been ignore and i heard some of my friend ticket from the previous months still haven't been resolve. Today my account have been hacked, they somehow gain access to my account take my mirror of kalandra in the event. Adding to that frustration after sending my issue to the support all i get is silent. What happen to the beloved support team?

FYI if you reply on a ticket/mail yourself, the ticket will be pushed to the end of the queue and thus no one will work on your ticket.

Just send out one mail and wait until you get a response. With the massive increase of the playerbase also the amount of incoming tickets increased. So it is expected that response time will be longer than usual.

I know it is not a satisfying answer, but it is the only thing you can currently do...
Even if you respond to their reply your ticket still get send to the end of the queue regardless, still got unresponsive support ticket from weeks if not months ago
