Im trying to figure why im seeing all these youtube videos on the Phrecia League and I can't play it at all am I missing something is it invite only or something. Settlers of Kalguur is still up.

Of course Settlers of Kalguur is still up. Legacy of Phrecia is a sub-league of Settlers, just like Necro Settlers was. However, GGG decided to implement it in a way they haven't used for events before.

Create a character the same way as you usually would. In addition to the banners for selecting Standard or Settlers characters, there are also banners for creating Phrecia characters.

Because they didn't consider the UI experience enough--you may need to press left/right or scroll the mousewheel up/down to find the banners for the league you want to create your character in.

Its an event. So when you go to make characters its further to the right when choosing your league than normal. Hope this helps.
