my game is stuck at the loading screen to the town

I am stuck at the loading screen literally. I have the best settings for my laptop after having tried everything to remove lag I can play without lagging too little with just a little lag sometimes. To give context I was playing today and yesterday for the whole day without an issue with the same settings. Am on direct 11 with v-sync, 8 threads and the lowest setting so that everything can run smoothly.
