Constant crashing from mtx, can't play

Multiple crashes now, error says something along the lines of 'character mtx fairgraves_corsair'. Not wearing anything that has that title, seems to happen in town mostly, maybe it's another players mtx?

Edit; Yep, it's the corsair character effect. Just essentially bricked my character by putting it on to see. Now I can't load any game, crashes 100% of the time.

Not saying its the solution, but have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game, just to see if something got corrupted somehow? (trying to think of a reason...)
