Ascendancy Respec Bugs - Phrecia Event

I'm completely unable to respec my Ascendancy.

It's completely wonky. I completed lab to respec ascendancy and it would only let me refund the first notable "Malevolent Shards" but not the "Chaos and Minion Damage" passive leading up to it.

After reapplying Malevolent Shards, the game refused to let me refund any nodes at all. Relogging and leaving lab did not fix this.

Talking to Faustus in Kingsmarch, he is able to offer refunding Malevolent Shards. However I'm still unable to refund Malevolent shards or it's passive leading up to it with Regrets, and therefor unable to respec my ascendancy...

This is game breaking. Please address.

I can confirm respecing is a massive issue... On scavenger, I can change the big nodes but I can't refund the small ones at all.
Edit: Got 20 refund passives. The big nodes can be respeced to a different one (scavenger can chose between more than one) for 5 respec points each. But even those can't be unalocated.

Are you accounting for the cost of refunding Ascendancy passives being 5 Refund Points?
