Frequent crashes in towns, most likely because of MTX

Well this is it, during the campaign each time I visit town I have a crash (music keeps playing but nothing works and windows shows that game is not responding dialog).

Since it doesn't happen every time and not on any of my actions its most likely due to some player MTX animation. There is not way to disable animations so I can't test it.

I hope it can be fixed.
