CPU Usage Over 70-95% for EXE. Overall CPU usage at 100% for several minutes

Hi I am having issues with this patch it seams.
I have never had any issues with CPU usages playing POE1 before, but now i do.
This was not an issue with PO2. (do not know if that is related)

When entering loading screen's, my CPU skyrockets to 100%.
This also happens by starting the game or loading to new Zones ands Towns.

It has crashed my Desktop several times already, whereby I have had to force shutdown my desktop with the physical button. I did try to wait several minutes for the PC to catch back up but sadly it did not.

I am at a loss for what to do with this.
Let me know if u need video evidence and or how to submit it to you.

Having similar issues. As someone who's almost never had issues with PoE 1 running on a better than average PC, it's been isolated to just the Phrecia event so far. Most of the issues seem to be in and around towns.
