Premium Stash Tab Missing

I purchased a second premium stash tab. It took my coin, but I still have only one premium stash tab.

It looks like you purchased an Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab, which affects one of your existing regular tabs and makes it premium. If it hasn't updated yet, please try entering a new zone and checking the stash there to see if it's been applied!

Hello, no sadly that did not work. That link helped though, and it made me realize that i'm also missing the premium quad stash tabs that I purchased previously. They just aren't showing up in the stash tab.
