How long?

How long I have to wait for an answer of the support team?

Come on, the point of the thread is that I been waiting a month for an answer from support@grindinggear.com, and if I send more mails and if I send more mails:

"If you’re still waiting for a response, we urge you not to send another email as it will move you to the back of the queue. Be assured that our team will get to you as quickly as they can. "

what can I do?

Ive been waiting a month with no reply, im to scared to send another email, but I dont even know if they got my last email because they dont tell you. Worst customer service I have ever encountered,
