Ping Problems when using fireball + unleash + wildshards

i'm having a bit of a problem with a build with fireballs, everytime i use with full unleash charge for some reason the ping goes to 300-400, yes i've tested without unleash and there is no problem, the FPS does drop but it ain't that much it's mainly the ping https://imgur.com/a/B81gKS9

SPECS:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RX 6500XT
RAM: 16GB DDR4

GAME SETTINGS:
ALL MINIMUM SETTINGS
TRIPLE BUFFERING > ON
DYNAMIC CULLING > ON
MULTITHREADING > ON

Changing settings doesn't help
