Problem about the "Verdant Weapon" skin in PoE2

I have recently bought the "Verdant Weapon" skin in PoE 2 and the problem is that on my Invoker Monk, if I activate charged staff I don't see the effects from the charged staff activating which basically makes it worse than any other normal quarterstaff, I think this should be fixed.
