locked direct whisper on site (fixed itself)

after 5 sec, button goes in inactive state (some thing that happen only after several minutes)
on my main browser, also on Edge
vpn isnt helping

a day ago re-installed windows 11

after 5h+-
ok, somehow, it fixed itself, i did nothing
