Subject: Account Synchronization Issue Between Game and Trade Site
I’m experiencing a synchronization issue between my game account and the trade site.
When attempting to send a trade request, I receive the error message: “Your account must be online in-game to use this feature.” However, all of my characters in the game share the same four-digit identifier, while the identifier displayed on the trade site is different.
